We decided to document the remodeling and revamping of our 1942 house, our second project together. Our first project was a one room house with addition from 1896 that we remodeled in the West Highlands neighborhood. That project took us about 3-1/2 years. We love taking existing spaces and creating a vision and implementing that vision. My husband Chad can always see the potential in almost any dumpy property!
